How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Hospitality Experience & Events Supervisor

    πŸ“ Central London

    πŸ’° Up to Β£45,000

    πŸ•’ Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | Fully Site-Based


    We are recruiting for an exciting Hospitality Experience & Activations Lead opportunity within a premium corporate hospitality environment in Central London.

    This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for delivering engaging hospitality experiences across a busy corporate site serving up to 800 guests daily.


    Working closely with the General Manager and client stakeholders, you will take ownership of themed activations, supplier management, event delivery, space transformation and guest engagement initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities

    βœ” Plan and deliver hospitality activations, seasonal campaigns and themed events

    βœ” Manage external suppliers and vendors including dΓ©cor, floristry, prop hire, entertainment, print and equipment providers

    βœ” Source products, negotiate costs and manage budgets

    βœ” Coordinate logistics and operational delivery from concept through to execution

    βœ” Present proposals, budgets and activation plans to senior stakeholders and clients

    βœ” Manage the hospitality marketing and events calendar

    βœ” Lead on-site set-up and implementation, ensuring high standards and attention to detail

    βœ” Respond effectively to last-minute client requests and changing priorities

    βœ” Analyse guest feedback and continuously improve the hospitality experience

    βœ” Support and develop a junior team member


    About You

    We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, events, catering, hotels, workplace experience or premium customer-facing environments.

    You will have:

    βœ” Experience managing suppliers, contractors and external vendors

    βœ” Experience delivering events, activations or guest experiences within hospitality environments

    βœ” Strong project management and organisational skills

    βœ” Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and obtaining quotations

    βœ” Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

    βœ” Excellent Excel and administrative skills

    βœ” A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get involved in delivery

    βœ” The flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment
