How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This role sits within a large-scale agile transformation in a retail environment. The focus is not tooling or process alone, it’s behaviour change. The client is moving from traditional project delivery to a true agile model. This requires a shift in mindset across delivery, engineering and leadership.

You will work closely with product managers, project managers, engineering managers as well as delivery leads, supporting experienced teams as they evolve established ways of working into more Agile centric, high performing, collaborative and outcome-driven delivery practices.

    Expectations:

    • Lead behaviour change across teams and leadership
    • Coach individuals and groups on agile ways of working
    • Drive the shift from project mindset to product and value delivery
    • Develop and coach internal trainers to improve their impact and credibility
    • Embed people centric leadership across delivery functions
    • Support adoption of SAFe and enterprise operating models
    • Apply performance coaching techniques to improve team effectiveness

    • Operate at both strategic and hands on levels
    • Deliver measurable improvement in engagement, delivery outcomes and team maturity

    Experience Required:

    • Strong Agile Coach or Behaviour Coach background
    • Proven experience within retail environments
    • Track record of driving behavioural change at scale
    • Deep understanding of agile frameworks including SAFe
    • Experience with AOC, EOC and broader operating model transformation
    • Strong performance coaching capability
    • Experience coaching senior stakeholders including Heads of and Directors
    • Comfortable working with engineering and delivery communities
    • Ability to influence without authority
    • Clear and pragmatic communication style

    Summary:

    • This is a high impact role in a visible transformation programme.
    • The client needs someone who can move beyond theory and drive real change in how people think and operate.
    • Strong retail experience and credibility in behaviour coaching are key.
