How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

At Berg Search, we are committed to helping innovative companies thrive by delivering top-tier talent solutions. With deep expertise in recruiting for tech, marketing, and other critical roles, we connect ambitious companies with the perfect talent to accelerate growth. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, we know that the right hire makes all the difference.

On behalf of our client, a high-growth AI startup, we’re looking for a highly operational and commercially driven GTM Professional/Sales Engineer to help build and scale the company’s GTM engine across RevOps, automation, outbound strategy, and pipeline generation, based in London.

    📌 Location: London, UK

    💡 Working model: On-site

    What you'll do;

    1) Build GTM systems (core)

    • Own the lead → account → opportunity workflow (stages, fields, rules)
    • Automate routing + hygiene (dedupe, enrichment, stage/task updates)
    • Set up repeatable cadences: pipeline reviews, next-step chasing, stale/renewal alerts
    • Keep Attio as the single source of truth (definitions, naming, required fields)
    • Targeted / semi-templated content creation (e.g. Deal-specific one-pagers, demo workspaces)

    2) RevOps processes, automation & tooling

    • Ship automations across Claude Co-work + Attio + Slack + email + calendar
    • Own processes for legal and infosec - augmented with frontier AI tools
    • Maintain lightweight dashboards: inbound speed/conv, outbound → pipeline, pilot health
    • Run a monthly ops sweep: fix breakpoints, simplify, automate next

    3) SDR execution (targeted only)

    • Prospect + outbound into ICP via Clay + LinkedIn + Superhuman
    • Iterate high-converting messaging and sequences
    • Book/qualify meetings and log crisp next steps in Attio
    • Package repeatable outbound plays (lists, triggers, collateral)

    4) Experiments & growth ops

    • Run 2–4 GTM experiments/month
    • Measure results and turn winners into SOPs/playbooks

    Who you are;

    • 2-4 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Growth Ops (or a highly operational SDR role) at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company
    • You’re comfortable being the single source of truth owner: meticulous CRM hygiene, clear stage definitions, and consistent logging
    • Hands-on builder who ships workflow automation (CRM automations, Slack/email triggers, enrichment flows) and improves systems week by week.
    • Data-minded: you can create simple dashboards and reporting that make pipeline health, speed-to-lead, and follow-ups obvious.
    • You communicate crisply, follow through, and enjoy partnering with sales to turn messy reality into repeatable process.

    What they offer:

    • Competitive salary + performance bonus
    • Attractive equity package
    • Private health insurance, premium gym membership, paid dinners when working late
    • Multiple all-expense paid offsites per year (recent trips include Greece, Mexico)
