We are currently recruiting to fill the following part-time vacancy in our flagship store in
New Bond Street, London
Reception / Host
(Part-time, 3 days per week)
As a Reception Host you will work within our busy team and ensure that all guests receive a professional, refined and elegant experience. You will be responsible for the preparation and service of food and beverages. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated and service driven professional, willing to create an outstanding experience to the customer.
Main Duties:
Greeting and welcoming clients, gracefully directing them to the appropriate area
Preparation and service of tea, coffee and cold refreshments
Assist the sales consultants during customer appointments
Ensure all requests are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion
Maintaining food and drink preparation areas
Maintaining sales and customer service client areas
Monitor and replenish stock
Undertake errands as required
Ensure the store is running efficiently and kept tidy at all times
What we are looking for:
Recent experience in a similar customer service role
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure including managing multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach and ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team
An enthusiastic and positive personality
Immaculate personal appearance
Experience in the Luxury Retail Industry or Luxury Hospitality Industry is desirable but not essential
