Role: HR Business Partner – Data & Analytics
Location: London (2-3 x days per week in the office)
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: £500 - £550 (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a Global Finance Function. This is a high-impact role where you will partner with senior leaders, leverage data-driven insights, and help deliver a forward-thinking People strategy.
The Role
As HRBP, you will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with the Finance function’s strategy. With a strong focus on data and analytics, you’ll translate insights into meaningful actions, support organisational transformation, and help build a high-performance, inclusive culture globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of ongoing business transformation projects across the Finance function.
- Enhance data accuracy and literacy across HR systems (e.g., Workday, OrgVue) to enable strategic workforce planning.
- Analyse HR data to measure the impact of change initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and robust headcount management.
- Work effectively within a matrix structure to drive collaboration and engagement.
- Coordinate global change initiatives with country HR teams and the HR PMO.
- Support talent and succession planning initiatives to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Contribute to and lead selected DE&I initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with leaders and recruitment teams to ensure excellence in hiring decisions.
- Support employee relations matters, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with HR teams, Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, and the HR PMO to deliver key people processes and initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a passion for data-driven decision-making:
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner with a data and insight mindset, with solid knowledge of the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the UK employment environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using HR data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management capability, with attention to detail and experience tracking and reporting progress.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong judgement and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across global, multi-cultural environments is advantageous.
