The role
You’ll sit within a lean, fast‑moving Talent team, supporting hiring across the business.
Day to day, this will include:
- Coordinating high‑volume interview scheduling across multiple teams
- Managing diaries, logistics and changing priorities
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates
- Supporting a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Working closely with EAs, hiring managers and teams across the firm
It’s a fast‑paced, structured role where attention to detail and organisation are critical.
