How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Campaign Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of digital creative.

This role will sit within our clients GTM team and support the day-to-day coordination of creative production, asset workflows and campaign delivery across their retained vendors and internal stakeholders. The role would be ideal for someone with experience in creative production, digital campaign coordination, agency project management or paid media asset delivery.

The focus is on helping the team deliver high-quality creative on time, manage inputs and approvals, maintain clear production tracking, and support the scaling of creative templates and workflows across verticals.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Support creative production, ensuring briefs, inputs, assets and timelines are clear.
    • Coordinate day-to-day workflows, including asset readiness, template inputs, copy, localisation considerations and feed requirements.
    • Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to keep campaigns moving through briefing, build, QA and delivery.
    • Maintain production trackers, status updates and delivery timelines across active campaigns.
    • Coordinate feedback rounds and approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    • Support BAU campaign delivery while also helping improve process, documentation and ways of working.

    Key requirements:

    • Experience in creative production, project coordination, campaign operations, digital marketing or agency account management.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Comfortable working with creative assets, media specs, production timelines and approval processes.
    • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive and confident chasing inputs and resolving blockers.
    • Some exposure to DCO, paid social, display, feeds or dynamic creative would be beneficial, but not essential.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving matrix environment across multiple teams and vendors.
