At Grant Digital, we're a Social Commerce Agency focused on delivering best in class TikTok Shop support with ambitious and industry leading beauty and FMCG brands across the UK, EU and US - and we're growing fast. We're looking for a senior creator specialist to sit at the heart of our affiliate, influencer and marketing offering, owning creator relationships and campaign thinking across our brand portfolio.

The Role
As our Creator Partnerships & Marketing Lead, you'll own the end-to-end creator function across our priority accounts - from sourcing and negotiation through to campaign ideation, affiliate strategy, and long-term relationship management. You'll work closely with our Account Managers across UK, EU and US, supporting on priority campaigns and helping raise the bar on affiliate strategy across our biggest accounts.
Role Highlights
- Own and grow Grant Digital creator relationships across our UK, EU and US portfolio
- Lead campaign ideation for affiliate and influencer activity across our priority accounts, including new brand and product launches
- Build scalable approaches for sourcing, activating and retaining high-performing creators
- Support our account managers in developing affiliate strategies across the full creator spectrum
- Lead on CAP and TAP relationships and drive paid partnership activation
- Conduct affiliate audits to identify performance opportunities and structural improvements
- Contribute to LIVE creator planning and community calendar strategy
You Will Need
- Proven experience in influencer or affiliate management, ideally within TikTok Shop, social commerce or a performance-driven environment
- A genuine relationship builder - someone who invests in creators for the long term, not just campaign by campaign
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to bring proactive campaign concepts to our clients and internal teams
- Confident understanding of affiliate briefs, sampling strategy and creator campaign sequencing
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and adapting your approach for different creator communities
- Collaborative by nature - you enjoy working closely with account managers, operations teams and brand stakeholders to bring ideas to life
