Interim Employment Counsel (6 Months) – EMEA | UK Focus
MLA is partnering with a leading global technology business to recruit an Interim Employment Counsel into its EMEA legal team on a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension and potential longer-term opportunity.
The business is widely recognised for its innovation, global reach, and entrepreneurial culture. Its legal team is embedded within the organisation, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting commercial decision-making across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers exposure to a broad mix of UK and cross-border employment matters, ranging from day-to-day advisory work through to more strategic and complex issues across EMEA.
The team is particularly interested in mid-level lawyers (c.4–8 PQE) with strong UK employment experience and the ability to operate independently. Open to both in-house and private practice backgrounds.
