Job Title: Head of HR
Location: London
Working Arrangement: 4 days a week are required in the London office.
Requirements: Extensive generalist HR experience at a senior level and team management experience.
This role will deliver senior-level HR support and leadership to the London office, serving as the primary point of contact for operational HR matters and driving key HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global leadership to design and deliver talent management strategies for the London office.
- Lead HR Operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant service delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership to Professional Development and Recruitment teams, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, managers, and employees on HR matters, including performance, policy, and employee relations.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and alignment with firm-wide HR policies and standards.
- Oversee HR budget, employee benefits, and leave programmes to support organisational priorities and employee wellbeing.
- Drive continuous improvement through HR systems, data analytics, and technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
About You
- Significant HR leadership experience ideally gained within the legal sector and/or professional services with full CIPD qualification.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
