Our client, the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM), is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Transformation to help lead a significant period of organisational growth, operational modernisation and strategic development.
This newly created senior leadership role will work closely with the CEO and SMT to drive meaningful organisational improvement across the Faculty and its core services.
Initially, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of recommendations arising from a major operational review of FOM’s nationally recognised SEQOHS accreditation scheme, with a focus on improving customer experience, operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Leading transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Improving customer service and application turnaround times
- Supporting and developing teams through periods of change
- Embedding greater accountability, collaboration and performance
- Working closely with operational staff to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Liaising with IT providers and stakeholders to modernise systems and workflows
- Supporting future growth across membership, accreditation and wider organisational services
- Helping shape the development of the recently launched College of Work and Health
The role requires a visible, hands-on and collaborative leader who is equally comfortable operating strategically and operationally. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering measurable change, improving organisational performance and leading people successfully through transformation.
