The role of the HNW Executive involves:
Managing your portfolio of High Net Worth Clients.
Supporting your clients all year round.
Developing relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
Tailoring your approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls.
Renewal is your main priority but you'll also focus on growth because you'll be able to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and wide breadth of products. The experience you need to demonstrate as a HNW Executive includes:
Experience of handling the Insurance requirements of HNW clients
You'll be proactive and use your initiative to identify opportunities to assist your clients and to grow the business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with demanding customers
Work well with your team, support others and have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adaptIn return you will be supported with opportunities and as well as your annual salary there is a role-based incentive.
