You will be joining a business that has grown through repeat clients, referrals and carefully invested lead generation rather than high volume sales. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will manage clients end to end, supported by modern systems, strong infrastructure and a collaborative wider team, while being trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy.

You will balance your own client relationships and introducers with company generated leads already being produced in the Brighton area.

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

* Experience working as a Mortgage Adviser

* Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent

* Comfortable operating on a self employed basis

* Ability to generate some business from existing contacts or introducers is desirable

* Experience using CRM systems within a mortgage advice firm
