How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Role: National Account Manager

    Salary: £45-£50k base plus company bonus

    Location: Coventry

    Status: Hybrid Role

    About the Role

    We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships.

    In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    * Manage proactive communication and account activity across your client portfolio

    * Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders

    * Resolve high-impact or escalated client issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy

    * Work collaboratively with Design, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver excellent client outcomes

    * Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals within existing accounts

    * Lead structured client review meetings and provide valuable performance insights

    * Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth

    * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience
