How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role


    We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with 2–5 years of experience to help shape the next generation of financial technology products. In this role, you’ll lead projects from discovery and research through polished UI design and developer handoff. You’ll work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for sophisticated financial platforms and data-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex UX challenges, facilitating stakeholder conversations, and designing elegant solutions for data-heavy products and workflows.


    Responsibilities


    • Lead UX/UI projects from concept through delivery
    • Design complex dashboards, workflows, and enterprise interfaces
    • Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
    • Present workflows and ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
    • Collaborate closely with developers for smooth implementation
    • Contribute to scalable design systems and AI-powered product experiences


    Qualifications


    • 2–5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
    • Expert-level proficiency in Figma
    • Experience designing SaaS, fintech, enterprise, or data-heavy products
    • Strong analytical, visual, and communication skills
    • Ability to simplify complexity into intuitive experiences
    • Comfortable working in hybrid and globally distributed teams

    • Financial services, fintech, banking, or wealth management
    • Workshop facilitation and client-facing presentations
    • Design systems and component-based design
    • Interest in AI and emerging technologies
