Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in North London. As a full-time, on-site role, the Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, adhering to recipes, and maintaining the utmost standards in food safety and presentation. Daily tasks will involve assisting in the creation of bespoke menus, collaborating with aircrafts teams, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and maintaining organisation in the kitchen. The role demands a dedication to culinary excellence and exceptional service to meet the needs of our private aviation clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating to the highest standard
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Creativity in menu planning and attention to detail in culinary presentation
- Time management and organizational skills to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in fine dining establishments or high-end catering is a plus
