They've built a factory for custom operations agents — software workers with AI reasoning that complete complex workflows end-to-end, directly inside customer tools. No heavy integration. No process change. No upfront cost. Customers pay for delivered value.
Backed by leading AI-focused VCs, they're working with world-class clients across commercial insurance, marketplace platforms and primary healthcare.
The role
This is a 1-to-N opportunity. The product works, customers love it, and the market is real. Your job is to scale it into a category-defining business.
Reporting to the CEO and joining the executive team, you'll own product strategy and execution end-to-end — from multi-year vision through to roadmap, hiring, and cross-functional delivery.
You'll also own something most VP Product roles don't: the onboarding, human-in-the-loop and customer success workflows that sit at the heart of how this product delivers value. At this company, implementation is the product.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining where the product plays and how it wins — verticals, roadmap, commercial model
- Building the product function from a small base — hiring and developing exceptional PMs
- Working across engineering, AI research, GTM and operations to execute the strategy
- Owning the full customer experience end-to-end including delivery and CS
- Operating as an exec — contributing to company strategy, supporting fundraising, representing the product externally
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product, with VP/Head of Product experience at a B2B startup or scale-up
- Track record scaling AI or technically complex B2B products from early traction — ideally $10M–$100M ARR
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable in architecture discussions, trade-offs between deterministic systems and AI components
- Experience owning customer-facing motion beyond the roadmap — onboarding, implementation, CS
- Background in regulated B2B markets (commercial insurance, fintech, healthtech, legal) is a strong plus
- Low-ego, high-output, energised by early-stage realities
