How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Description

    We require an ERP Systems Owner is responsible for overseeing and managing the systems and applications that interact with the ERP system during an ERP rollout. This role ensures that all surrounding systems are properly integrated, function seamlessly with the ERP system, and that data flows accurately and efficiently between systems. The Surrounding System Owner also ensures that these systems are aligned with the overall ERP implementation strategy and organizational objectives.


    Key Relationships: Rollout Leads, Implementation Project Managers, Solution/Configuration Owners, Functional Leads, Lead Solution & Technical Architects, Local IT Experts and Specialists.


    Skills & Attributes.

    Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system integration, data management, and technical architecture.

    Project Management: Ability to manage multiple integration projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.

    Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.

    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve integration and data issues.

    Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

    Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration requirements.

    Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality


    Main Responsibilities overall and by Phase


    • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of surrounding systems with the ERP system, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality. Coordinate with technical teams to develop and maintain integration interfaces and APIs. System Analysis and Design: Analyze existing surrounding systems functionalities, dependencies, and data flows. Work with ERP implementation teams to design integration solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
    • Project Coordination: Collaborate with ERP project managers and other stakeholders to align surrounding system activities with the overall project plan. Ensure that surrounding systems are ready for integration and deployment according to the project timeline. Monitor the progress of surrounding system-related activities and provide regular updates to the project team.
    • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the integration of surrounding systems with the ERP system. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for surrounding systems to meet user requirements and expectations.
    • Data Management: Ensure that data exchanged between the ERP system and surrounding systems is accurate, consistent, and secure. Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the ERP rollout process.
    • Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure that changes to surrounding systems are communicated and managed effectively. Provide training and support to users and administrators of surrounding systems. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for surrounding systems after ERP go-live. Monitor system performance and integration points to identify and address any issues.
    • Compliance and Security: Ensure that surrounding systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to protect data and system integrity during and after the ERP rollout. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and security.


    Design

    • Identify and document all surrounding systems that will interact with the ERP system.
    • Develop an initial integration strategy for surrounding systems with the ERP system.
    • Identify necessary resources (tools, personnel, budget) for integration efforts.
    • Develop technical specifications for integration interfaces and middleware.
    • Work with the ERP design team to ensure compatibility and alignment of systems.


    Realise

    • Oversee the development of integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data mappings.
    • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely progress and alignment with project timelines.
    • Lead comprehensive testing of integrated systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
    • Support UAT by providing expertise on integrated systems and addressing any concerns.


    Deploy

    • Ensure all integrations are ready for cutover and provide support during the transition to the new ERP system.
    • Continuously monitor the performance of integration points to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently.
    • Quickly address any integration issues that arise during deployment.
    • Address and resolve any post-implementation issues related to system integration.
    • Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance integration performance and reliability
