About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our sales and marketing operations. This role is designed to provide structured, hands-on experience across team coordination, customer engagement, and operational support.
You will work closely with experienced managers to develop the skills required to take on greater responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of team activities and daily operations
- Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation
- Learn how to monitor performance and contribute to team objectives
- Attend training sessions focused on leadership, organisation, and business operations
- Provide support with onboarding and guiding new team members
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
About You
- Recent graduate (or equivalent level of education)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Retail, hospitality, or customer service)
- Experience working in team-based environments
