How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Performance Marketing Specialist

    Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)


    Contract Length: 8 months

    Working Hours: 40 hours per week


    About the Role We are partnering with a globally recognized industry leader to find a high-judgment, highly organized Marketing Specialist. You will join a dynamic Performance Marketing team responsible for delivering paid marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This hybrid role involves multi-channel planning, campaign activation, and detailed performance reporting. If you are incredibly data-driven, experienced with media agency workflows, and fascinated by how AI can optimize marketing efficiency, this role is for you.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Support day-to-day campaign operations as the team scales across the EMEA region.
    • Execute and manage campaigns directly within social platforms, DSPs, and job boards.
    • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate closely with external partners.
    • Produce weekly performance reports to surface actionable insights.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to continuously inform campaign optimization.
    • Explore, build, and train AI agents to automate repetitive team workflows.
    • Help develop scalable marketing processes to support continuous improvement.


    Required Qualifications

    • Professional experience in a marketing role, ideally supporting media buying.
    • Background working within a media agency or managing vendor relationships.
    • Proven ability to read and interpret data to drive campaign improvements.
    • Hands-on experience with at least one major media buying platform.
    • Familiarity using ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
    • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data manipulation, macros, and pivot tables.
    • Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience building and optimizing campaigns across the EMEA region.
    • Practical experience using AI to optimize workflows.
    • A basic understanding of Redshift SQL.
