A global market-leading manufacturer within industrial and safety solutions is seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Tender Specialist to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing major public and commercial contracts across the UK, supporting a premium portfolio of innovative safety products trusted by professionals across construction, infrastructure, engineering, and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle, producing high-quality, compliant, and commercially compelling submissions while working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tender and bid submissions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial information
- Ensure all submissions meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Review tender documentation and identify risks, requirements, and opportunities
- Develop compelling proposal content aligned with customer requirements
- Support public sector and commercial framework submissions
- Maintain accurate bid documentation and submission timelines
- Analyse competitor and market activity to support bid strategy
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within tender management, bid coordination, or proposal management
- Experience working with industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or safety-related products
- Strong understanding of compliance and technical documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with public sector procurement frameworks advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
