Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day People queries across the business
Supporting HR operations and ensuring accurate employee records and systems management
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activity to deliver a smooth employee experience
Assisting with learning and development initiatives, including training coordination
Supporting employee engagement programmes and survey activity
Working closely with external providers and partners
Researching and sharing ideas around new People initiatives and best practice
Providing administrative and operational support across the wider People function
About You
Previous experience in a People/HR or people-focused role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using systems and managing data accurately
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, approachable, and resilient when handling sensitive conversations
Knowledge of employment law is desirable but not essential
Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
