How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Company Description

SPRING is a leading global design, sourcing and manufacturing company supplying fashion and home products to top UK, European, and US retailers. Headquartered in Istanbul with a London design office, we blend international reach with local expertise.

    Role Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our London-based Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our customers, a sharp eye for color and print, and a well-developed sense of emerging trends. You’ll bring creativity and commercial awareness to the role of designing joyful, well-balanced prints that resonate across all product categories. A collaborative spirit and the ability to translate trend insights into compelling designs are key. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help shape the visual identity of our brand through outstanding surface design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop fresh, innovative graphic concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories, including womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and accessories.
    • Collaborate closely with UK buyers and cross-functional teams to build strong, commercially successful ranges and long-term partnerships.
    • Apply a strong understanding of print repeat, graphic layout, color balance, and commercial print handwriting to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
    • Stay attuned to trend direction and translate insights into joyful, uplifting prints that are aligned with our brand aesthetic and customer expectations.
    • Present design concepts and seasonal collections with clarity and confidence, responding thoughtfully to feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Partner with product development and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into high-quality, on-time samples, including liaising on technical issues related to colours, print quality, and approvals.
    • Support innovation in fabric and trim selection, with an emphasis on customer appeal, commercial viability, and sustainability goals.
    • Consistently deliver a well-balanced, engaging graphic design offer that enhances the overall product assortment and reflects the spirit of the brand.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a global or multi-category brand.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, commercially relevant print and graphic design.
    • Confident in managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD tools, and relevant design software; familiarity with Shutterstock or similar image libraries.
    • Experience using AI design platforms and creative technologies (such as Midjourney, NewArc, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools) to support trend research, print development, visualization, and speed-to-market innovation.
    • Excellent sense of color, print composition, and emerging trends.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build effective working relationships.
    • Degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Graphic design or a related discipline; fluent in English.
