You’ll support Associates, Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, and wider teams, helping to keep their day to day moving seamlessly across Europe, Asia, and America.
From managing complex diaries and coordinating cross-time-zone meetings to arranging international travel and building relationships with senior stakeholders and EAs, this is a role where your organisation, attention to detail and adaptability will truly shine.
You’ll be an Assistant who has a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience, ideally within the investment sector, from banking, to Private Equity or professional services.
This role requires you to be highly organised, client facing in your communication and adaptable. If you're seeking an environment that will elevate your skills and career, this is the role for you.
Your duties will include, but are not limited too:
- Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a fast-moving, high-performing team
- Managing busy diaries across multiple time zones
- Arranging international travel and handling expenses
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and key global stakeholders
- Supporting wider team administration, ad-hoc projects, and team events
This is a 12 month assignment with further opportunities in the firm. 5 days in office | £23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay.
