Overview
An exceptional opportunity to make a career in an entrepreneurial family office based in London SW1. The work of the family office has 3 dimensions; the start-up and long-term development of its owned businesses, investing to help scale entrepreneur owned dynamic growth businesses and managing a diversified portfolio of investments in public quoted companies round the world. Working alongside the founder and the small family office team, the role combines operating an interesting variety of administrative and organisational processes as well as information management and retrieval as well as business and markets research, analysis and monitoring. The role requires intellectual curiosity, strong organisational ability and commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Improving the operation of a digital data storage and retrieval system.
- Organising and streamlining timely information flows, ensuring relevant insights and actions are efficiently curated.
- Write research and analysis on markets, technologies and companies to inform competitive assessments and identifying critical drivers of success.
- Preparation of Board Meeting papers and support information.
- Accompany the Chairman to board meetings.
- Analysis and follow up of key ‘take-aways’ from meetings.
- Tracking selected investments and create appropriate commentary on markets and businesses.
- Assist in identification and assessment of new technology developments relevant to the 5 sectors in which the family office invests.

Experience and Education:
- Degree from a top-tier university (minimum high 2:1 or 1st).
- Academic background in business management, economics, finance or investment -related disciplines.
- 2-3 years post university experience in a role with transferable administrative/organisational skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in the use of AI for business and analysis processes.
