Associate | Leveraged Finance (Origination & Portfolio) | Global Platform | London
Our client, a dominant force in global debt markets, is looking for an Associates to join their London Leveraged Finance team. These roles offer a unique blend of new deal origination and active portfolio management, providing a 360-degree view of the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of mid-market and large-cap LBOs.
- Conduct intensive financial modeling and credit analysis for new opportunities.
- Monitor a diverse portfolio of existing leveraged credits, identifying risks and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality investment committee memos and pitchbooks.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Credit Research, or M&A.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills (LBO focus).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage both transaction flow and portfolio monitoring.
- Strong academic background.
