How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    📍 Warrington (Office-based)


    About the Role

    We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our growing business.

    This is a hands-on, support-focused role where you’ll work closely with the Operations Director and wider team to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. From coordinating office logistics to supporting finance admin and internal initiatives, you’ll play a key part in enabling the business to operate effectively.


    👉 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the detail, staying organised, and supporting others to succeed.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    🧯 Health & Safety & Workplace

    • Supporting workplace health & safety processes and documentation
    • Helping ensure the office is safe, organised, and compliant
    • Assisting with basic workplace checks and audit readiness


    🏢 Office & Operations

    • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
    • Coordinating supplies, equipment, and facilities
    • Managing meeting rooms and general office organisation
    • Supporting onboarding setup for new starters
    • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers


    📊 Administration & Finance Support

    • Raising sales invoices and supporting purchase invoice processes
    • Maintaining organised records and documentation
    • Supporting reporting and general business admin
    • Assisting with finance queries and weekly reporting prep


    🎉 Employee Experience
