About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a career in sales and business development within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will receive structured training, ongoing support, and a clear progression path into senior sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and targets
About You
- Recent graduate (any discipline, Business/Finance/Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven, resilient, and target-focused
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- A genuine interest in sales, business, or financial services
