We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join our fostering team in London. If you’re committed to making a real difference in the lives of children, young people and foster families, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Provide high‑quality supervision and support to foster carers
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and progress of children in placement
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools and other professionals
- Contribute to placement stability, carer development and positive outcomes
- Complete assessments, reports and statutory visits
- A qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
- Minimum 1 year of fostering experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, fostering regulations and trauma‑informed practice
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A commitment to supporting carers and championing the voice of children
