The Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will be the face of the business—ensuring members and guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all members and visitors
- Managing front-of-house operations and maintaining a high standard of presentation
- Supporting clients with day-to-day requests and building strong relationships
- Coordinating meeting rooms, events, and facilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
- Previous experience in a client-facing, hospitality, reception, or co-working environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner
- Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences
