How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Summary:

    The position holder will be part of the local HR Team and will be exposed to various HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee engagement, visa & immigration, global mobility management, career development and HR compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding: Supports international transfers by initiating relocations and following up with employee on relocation status
    • Offboarding:
    • - Drives the pre-employment process and onboarding of new hires
    • - Engages with managers to track presentation status of seniority awards
    • - Responsible for administrative tasks such as generating bank letters, requesting employment contracts, conducting right to work checks
    • VISA renewals and Lease Agreements
    • Student Work Experience: Full organisation of structured work placement Programme

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to develop further
    • Strong administrative and documentation skills
    • Ability to manage data accurately and maintain records
    • Basic reporting and organizational skills
    • Must be organized and process driven
    • Display a level of professionalism and maturity suitable for HQ environment
    • Must be effective verbal and written communicator
    • Proactive approach and ability to take initiative
    • Must have a right to work in UK
