How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Social Responsibility Support Officer

    London (hybrid)

    Full-time

    Temporary contract till October

    Pay: £20 per hour

We’re working with a well-respected organisation to find a Social Responsibility Support Officer to support the delivery of a meaningful and impactful programme focused on member wellbeing, sustainability, and social responsibility.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a part in work that genuinely makes a difference.

    The role

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and project support across a range of social responsibility and member support initiatives, helping to keep programmes running smoothly and ensuring key activities are delivered successfully.

It’s a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the team - supporting meetings, coordinating projects, producing content, and helping deliver events, awards and key initiatives.

    Key responsibilities

    • Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
    • Preparing and drafting documents, reports and briefing papers
    • Assisting with the delivery of awards, grants and wider programme initiatives
    • Supporting sustainability activities and reporting requirements

    • Maintaining accurate records, databases and reports
    • Supporting wider People & Corporate Development projects as needed

    About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be confident working across different areas and bringing structure and clarity to your work.

    • Key skills and experience:
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Experience supporting meetings, including minute-taking
    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear documents and reports
    • A high level of attention to detail
    • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly and pick up new areas of work
    • Good IT skills, including maintaining systems and producing basic reports

    Why apply?

This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-led team where your work will contribute to meaningful projects supporting people, communities and sustainability initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of activities and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
