How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role: Contract Change Lead (AI Deployment)

    Project: Enterprise AI agent deployment

    Industry: Supply chain

    Location: London (hybrid 3 days per week)

    Contract: 6 months initial (12+ months scope)

    Rate: £1000-1200 per day (inside IR35)


    X4 Technology are partnered with a global energy organisation undergoing a major AI-led transformation across supply chain operations. They're offering the opportunity for an experienced contract Change Lead to shape and deliver a large-scale enterprise programme focused on AI agents, automation and end-to-end operational transformation.


    This is a high-impact role taking a proven AI PoC into industrial-scale global deployment over the next 1-2 years. The focus is embedding AI agents into core supply chain processes, removing manual steps and driving enterprise-wide behavioural and operational change.


    Working directly with programme leadership, you will define and lead the change strategy from day one - owning stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption and organisational readiness across multiple business functions and regions.


    This role requires a seasoned change professional with credible experience delivering structured transformation in complex global environments, specifically across AI and large-scale digital operating model change.


    Responsibilities for the Contract Change Lead (AI Deployment)

    • Own and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for the global AI supply chain programme
    • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across all levels
    • Build enterprise-wide buy-in for AI-enabled process and operating model change
    • Manage resistance and drive behavioural change across operational and central teams
    • Establish change governance, engagement models and change networks from the ground up
    • Partner with programme leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoption


    Requirements of the Contract Change Lead (AI Deployment)

    • Extensive experience leading enterprise change in large-scale, complex organisations
    • Strong track record delivering transformation across AI, bot deployments and automation
    • Proven ability to design and implement change strategy from scratch
    • Credible operator with senior stakeholders, able to drive adoption
    • Strong grounding in structured change methodologies
    • Experience in supply chain, operations or asset-intensive environments highly advantageous
