How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Corporate Associate (NQ–1 PQE) – London

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 1 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded, growing corporate team in London.

    This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment, with early responsibility and direct client contact from day one.

    The Opportunity

    You will join a well-established corporate team known for its strength in private capital, high net worth clients, and cross-border work. Acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and management teams, the team delivers commercially focused advice on a broad range of transactions.

    This is an ideal role for a junior lawyer looking to develop strong transactional experience while building long-term client relationships.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Advising on a range of corporate matters including:
    • Private M&A
    • Venture capital and private equity investments
    • Joint ventures
    • Corporate restructuring
    • Supporting on, and taking ownership of, key transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs)
    • Leading on due diligence, disclosure processes and transaction management
    • Working closely with senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for discrete workstreams
    • Collaborating with specialist teams (tax, employment, commercial) on multi-disciplinary matters
    • Engaging directly with clients and external advisers

    About You

    • England & Wales qualified solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
    • Strong grounding in corporate law, particularly M&A and/or investments
    • Experience working on transactions during training or post-qualification

    • Proactive, commercially minded and keen to take ownership
    • Enthusiastic about transactional work and client-facing responsibility
