Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30

Are you a highly experienced Legal Secretary with a background in a law firm, looking to join a genuinely kind, supportive and long-established team?
Were working with a respected London law firm seeking two confident Legal Secretaries to support its within Corporate law.
These are fantastic opportunities for experienced Legal Secretaries who enjoy taking the lead, managing busy workloads and supporting fee earners in high-quality, complex matters. The teams are well established, collaborative and known for being thoughtful, understanding and a pleasure to work with.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing full secretarial support to Partners and fee earners within Corporate
- Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring documents are produced accurately and on time
- Preparing, amending and formatting court documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, meetings and coordination across busy teams
- Handling billing, expenses and file management
What were looking for:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary within Corporate Law
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a calm, professional approach
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
