Team Assistant | Consulting | 6 Month Contract
Location: Central London (generous hybrid offering)
Salary: £27,000 - £34,000
We are working with a respected consulting firm to find an exceptional Team Assistant to join their fast paced and collaborative team. This is a client-facing role and a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in support roles who is ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role:
- Diary and calendar management for a busy team
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls
- Preparing presentations and client-facing documents with a high level of attention to detail
- Liaising directly with clients and building strong professional relationships
- Managing both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Providing wider team support as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar team support role
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels
- A proactive, flexible approach and a strong team-player mindset
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
