Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running and performance of the boutique
- Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver elevated client experiences
- Drive sales, KPIs and client development initiatives
- Coach, motivate and develop team members
- Build a strong team culture and positive working environment
- Support operational excellence and visual standards
- Act as a key ambassador for the brand and its values
Requirements:
- Previous luxury or premium retail leadership experience
- Supervisor or Assistant Manager background
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
- Passion for people development and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly proactive with a hands-on leadership approach
