How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Description

    The Digital Systems and Delivery Operations Lead will oversee the implementation, optimization, and operational functionality of digital systems that support TRIADIC’s creative and business projects. This full-time role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The goal is to improve TRIADIC’s internal delivery workflows for client websites, project microsites, online programmes and digital brand assets, ensuring consistent delivery across projects.Define and document functional requirements, delivery standards and handover processes for internal teams and external developers to support smooth implementation. Build and maintain reporting routines and dashboards to track project progress, resourcing, risks and delivery performance, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Consolidate and analyse project and operational data to produce repeatable internal reporting.


    Identify repetitive manual tasks in delivery operations and introduce automation to reduce

    rework, improve turnaround time and strengthen delivery reliability.

    Coordinate with strategists, designers and external partners to resolve ambiguities, track

    issues through to closure and support on-time delivery

    Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for delivery processes and AI-assisted

    workflows, supporting quality control and responsible use standards.

    As TRIADIC aims to expand its service offerings and move into a more AI-focused space,

    having a dedicated Digital Systems and Delivery Operations Lead will provide the necessary

    support to scale operations. This expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of

    digital transformation.

    By integrating technology with creative insights, the Lead will help TRIADIC deliver

    culturally relevant and innovative solutions that resonate with diverse audiences, reinforcing

    the company’s commitment to producing impactful work.

    Qualifications

    • Analyze and improve internal delivery workflows for client websites, microsites, and digital

    brand assets.

    • Implement best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
    • Support the business in researching, analyzing and implementing the most up to date AI and

    tech capabilities into every project.

    • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep work accurate and

    consistent.

    • Ability to improve day-to-day workflows and reduce manual work through simple

    automation (e.g., Excel/VBA).

    • Confident working with data for reporting and tracking (building regular updates, checking

    accuracy, spotting issues).

    • Good working knowledge of SQL and Python (enough to pull data, check it, and support

    reporting/monitoring).

    • Clear communication skills and ability to work with different people (design, strategy,

    external developers/partners).

    • Comfortable writing and maintaining documentation (process notes, handovers, standards).


    Experience

    • Experience supporting operations in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters

    (monitoring, checks, reporting, issue resolution).

    • Experience improving processes and making them more efficient (automation, streamlining

    steps, reducing errors).

    • Experience producing regular reporting or dashboards (for example Power BI/Tableau or

    structured reporting packs).

    • Experience working across teams and resolving unclear requirements by speaking to

    stakeholders and agreeing a clear approach.

    • Experience with AI and tech related platforms


    Qualifications Required

    Degree-level qualification in a technical subject (or equivalent practical experience).
