UK Staffing Group are working with a growing and people-focused business looking to add a creative Content & Communications Creator to their team. Whether you're already creating content professionally, freelancing, running your own projects, or simply the person everyone turns to for ideas and creativity, this role offers the chance to develop and make a real impact.

You'll work closely with internal teams to bring campaigns, ideas, stories and communications to life across both internal and external channels.

What you'll be doing
* Creating engaging internal communications
* Producing LinkedIn and employer branding content
* Supporting ESG campaigns and company events
* Creating presentations, graphics, videos and written content
* Bringing people stories and company culture to life
* Turning ideas and conversations into engaging creative content
* Supporting broader marketing and people initiatives

Essentials
* Strong copywriting and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail with spelling, grammar and tone
* Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
* Experience using Canva
* Able to turn ideas into polished, engaging content
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to work at pace
* Creative mindset with proactive approach

Desirable
* Experience with Figma
* Adobe After Effects
* Lightroom
* Adobe Firefly and AI tools
* CapCut or similar video editing software
* Understanding of content performance and digital engagement
