The Role
Reporting to the CRM & Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Design and Content teams to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, test and schedule email marketing campaigns
* Support automated customer email journeys
* Coordinate digital advertising creative with external agencies
* Assist with affiliate marketing campaigns and assets
* Provide support with digital marketing content and design
* Upload and maintain marketing and analytics data
* Write and proofread marketing copy and communications
* Help drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within a B2C environment
* Experience with email marketing and digital campaigns
* Good understanding of customer segmentation and data
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Excel and marketing platforms advantageous
