Prepare detailed reports and cost estimates for repair works.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all repair activities.
Respond to repair requests and prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and contractor performance.
Provide technical advice to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.Profile
A successful Repairs Surveyor should have:
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices.
Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
