We're on the hunt for a sharp, organised Order Processing & Dispatch Coordinator to join a leading fresh produce business in East Lothian.
You'll be at the heart of a buzzing packhouse operation - making sure orders are spot-on, stock is allocated smartly, and deliveries go out like clockwork. If you love keeping things running smoothly and get a kick out of nailing the details, keep reading.

£32,000 - £38,000 salary (we reward experience)

Process retailer orders via email, ERP (Tropos) & EDI systems
Allocate stock & work closely with the packing team
Build pallets to spec & keep dispatch records bang-on accurate
Book hauliers, manage delivery slots & fix problems fast
Keep traceability tight from order to dispatch
Monitor stock levels (trays, pallets) & arrange replenishment
Support production planning & keep stock sheets up to date
Chip in wherever needed - we're a team!WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience with ERP systems & EDI platforms (Tropos is a bonus)
Solid Excel skills - you're comfortable wrangling data
Organised, calm under pressure & solution-focused
Great communicator - hauliers, depots, internal teams, you've got it covered
Sharp eye for detail (especially stock control & paperwork)
Clued up on food hygiene & H&S basics
Own transport (essential - rural site)
Reliable & flexible (occasional weekends during peak times)THE HOURS
40 hours/week - schedule agreed with Head of Dispatch & Logistics
Flexibility needed (including occasional weekends)
