Finance Controller

We’re working with a growing business in Dorset looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support the finance function during a key period of change and growth.

The role will suit a hands-on finance professional comfortable operating across both strategic and operational finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day finance operations

* Manage month-end and reporting processes

* Produce management accounts and cashflow forecasts

* Support budgeting and financial planning

* Improve controls and finance processes

* Partner with senior stakeholders across the business

* Support audit and compliance activities

Requirements

* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

* Previous Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience

* Strong commercial and analytical skills

* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

* Available at short notice preferred

Details

* £350–450 per day depending on experience

* Dorset-based role

* 3 days onsite

* June 1st start date
