The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, helping pupils to stay engaged, confident, and motivated throughout the school day. You may be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, working with small intervention groups, or assisting the wider classroom to ensure all children receive the guidance and encouragement they need.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to build a career within education. The school is looking for a positive, patient, and proactive individual who can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A calm and flexible approach is essential, along with a genuine passion for supporting children's development.

Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
