Role Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management — Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and service quality across the home.

Regulatory Compliance — Ensure full adherence to Ofsted standards and all statutory requirements.
*
Safeguarding & Welfare — Maintain robust safeguarding practices and promote the emotional and physical well‑being of the young person.
*
Care Planning — Lead on personalised care plans, risk assessments, and progression pathways.
*
Development & Progression — Drive positive outcomes for young people and support staff development within the service.
Required Qualifications & Experience
*
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (Children and/or Adults).
*
Minimum 24 months’ experience in a residential childcare setting, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
*
Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation.
*
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams within a therapeutic, child‑centred environment.
