Senior Automation Tester

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Senior Automation Tester for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - East Kilbride

About the role: You will be responsible for the designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.

The ideal candidate will hold Active SC or DV clearance and have a strong background in delivery Senior Automation Testing support, with the following skills and experience:

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
Experience of programming languages e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate)
Experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience of containerisation (Kubernetes/ Docker)
ISTQB certification - Desirable
