💼 The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be at the heart of the business - ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Building strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Supporting customers with product selection
Resolving delivery and order issues, escalating when needed
Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Providing essential administrative support to the sales team✅ What We're Looking For

You'll bring:
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
