How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Identify and implement opportunities to optimise asset utilisation and enhance portfolio value across the airport estate
    • Oversee third-party partnerships, including asset management and facilities management providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong governance
    • Ensure robust health, safety, security and environmental standards across all property assets, aligned with aviation and regulatory requirements
    • Contribute at Executive level, providing strategic insight to support investment decisions and long-term development planning
    • Engage with shareholders and senior investors, providing clear commercial insight, performance reporting and strategic recommendations aligned to the priorities of VINCI Airports and Global Infrastructure Partners

    About You

You bring sound judgement and an inclusive leadership style, enabling you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and deliver sustainable results.

    • Proven experience in managing or supporting commercial property transactions and contracts
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
    • Good understanding of development, asset management and facilities management
    • Strong organisational capability, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders

    Desirable:

    • Experience within infrastructure, transport, aviation or similarly complex estates
    • Additional business or leadership qualifications (e.g. MBA or equivalent)

    • Commercially aware with a balanced and considered approach to decision-making
    • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating within a 24/7 operational environment
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align property decisions to wider business objectives
