I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Property team of a leading international law firm in London.
The role will involve:
- Providing proactive PA support to a team of solicitors within the Property group
- Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
- Handling emails, calls and client communications professionally
- Preparing, formatting and coordinating legal documents
- Supporting with meetings, deadlines and team priorities
- Liaising confidently with clients, lawyers and internal teams
- Working collaboratively with other PAs and business support colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Legal PA experience, ideally from a law firm environment
- Excellent organisation and diary management skills
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner
- Confidence with document production, formatting and admin processes
