How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Launch Graduate

    Job Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

    Hours of work: Mon – Fri (35 hours a week)

    Onsite requirement: This will be a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on site.

    You must have graduated from a UK university within the last 2 years (2024 onwards) to be eligible for this graduate position.

    Job Summary

    The purpose of this role is to provide administration and project support to the Generics Business Unit Portfolio, Strategy & Innovation function in the completion of marketing, launch and project activities to deliver go to market plans (G2M) and objectives


    Your responsibilities:

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Work in under the leadership of the Commercial Launch Manager and the wider Portfolio team to support the co-ordination of G2M plan execution.
    • Input into / creation of assets that support launches / external communication to key stakeholder groups. Where applicable, coordination of all activities associated with external agencies.
    • Lead the organisation of virtual and / or traditional congresses and events.
    • Financial reconciliation and tracking spend, including raising of purchase orders and collaborating with finance and suppliers over uplifts and issues.
    • Generation of monthly launch performance tracking materials, launch notifications and project action tracking.
    • Uploading and management of allocated materials into the Veeva system.
    • Co-ordinate the associated activities required to preparate agendas, capture / distribute minutes and follow up on actions from launch and / or brand meetings.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Degree in Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or Project Management
    • Must have a clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a commercial environment
    • Fluency in English - verbal and written – is required
    • A strong IT skillset including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Hybrid working supported with 2 days a week in the office
